CANCELLATIONS

Please note that missed appointments and cancellations or appointment changes given with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full consultation fee. This is to allow sufficient time for another patient to fill the slot.

 

We reserve the right to change or cancel your appointment if this becomes necessary in rare circumstances. If we cancel your appointment and have already processed your payment, you will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid or allow you to carry your payment over to another service.
